Inspiring our East Coast Community
We recently found out that a K-9 school in Connecticut — The Foote School — inspired by the UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden's Nature's Gallery Court, created their own wall of regionally appropriate flowers from upcycled materials for Columbus House, a nearby homeless shelter.
A huge thank you goes to those second graders and their teachers for leading this project and sharing it with us via social media! This is a bright spot we can all use right now. Kudos!
